CLINICAL AND TECHNICAL PROTOCOLS
Theoretical course with hands-on
Introduction
OBJECTIVE
In this one day lecture and hands on session (on real cases), several videos of live surgeries will be demonstrated to explain basic principles but also tips and tricks on how to achieve optimal pleasing esthetics with bone regeneration on immediate and delayed implant treatment protocols. The session will be very interactive and the participants can discuss directly with the expert.
CONTENT
dental implants that mimics the surrounding dentition and soft-tissue condition as well as morphology is indeed difficult to achieve and maintain long term.
In this presentation a comprehensive approach will be results with immediate and delayed implant placement by blending surgical bone grafting interventions with micro soft tissue management along with technical, and restorative steps into one successful protocol.
Immediate surgical and restorative protocols facilitate superior esthetic and functional success. However, strict guidelines for atraumatic intervention, implant primary stability, bone packing, sometimes bone plate reconstruction, besides connective tissue graft and preservation of existing anatomic structures must be carefully followed. Digital planning plays a fundamental role to achieve such desired results too.
This lecture will focus on the different protocols when it comes to bone regeneration and tissue manipulation from incisions to soft tissue volume maintainers to excel prosthetically. Techniques and tools will be discussed in order to reach such results around anterior implant treatments.
